En dicha sesi\u00f3n, explic\u00f3 que si la funci\u00f3n de estos canales disminuye, se generan\u00a0trastornos\u00a0de hiperexcitabilidad neuronal, lo que se traduce cl\u00ednicamente en condiciones como epilepsia o hiperalgesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSi nosotros logramos revertir la funcionalidad de estos canales podremos regresar a un estado basal\u201d, mencion\u00f3 al se\u00f1alar que \u201csi aumentamos su probabilidad de apertura de forma farmacol\u00f3gica a trav\u00e9s de algunos agonistas, se revierte el efecto de hiperexcitabilidad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como ejemplo, el doctor\u00a0De la Rosa\u00a0mostr\u00f3\u00a0c\u00f3mo la administraci\u00f3n de Eugenol con Diclofenaco produce un efecto sin\u00e9rgico en la activaci\u00f3n de los canales KCNQ2 y KCNQ3, lo cual se traduce en una disminuci\u00f3n de la hiperalgesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-tiled-gallery aligncenter is-style-rectangular\"><div class=\"\"><div
